The R&D Cell, Sri Balaji University, Pune in association with the four management institutes of the University – BIMM, BITM, BIIB and BIMHRD had organized and conducted the ‘Anusandhan Doctoral Conference’ in the academic year 2024 – 25 on the dates of April 4 and 5, 2025.  

Participation in the conference was open to all Ph.D. Scholars in the country, who were willing to be a part of the conference and brought together researchers, industry experts, and academicians for vibrant scholarly exchange.  

Arranged around the theme of “Innovative Paradigms in Research: Bridging Theory and Practice” the Doctoral Conference showcased the latest research output of the scholars, showcasing innovative ideas and solutions for various problems and lacunae in life, with an emphasis of the alignment of academic work with real-world challenges.  

72 Registered Ph.D. Scholars participated in the Conference (In and outside India) and 58 Scholars presented their Research Papers on the tracks of Human Resources Management, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Marketing and General Management, providing examples of the latest research paradigms in the domains of these tracks. Three Scholars were awarded with the ‘Best Paper’ awards providing a fine example of the ways in which research can be used for bringing in new changes, innovations and paradigms into the world.  

The Conference featured the involvement of several faculties and student managers from the four institutes of Sri Balaji University, Pune and in collaboration with the R&D Cell, ensuring a seamless experience in the Conference for the participants through their effective coordination, hospitality, logistics, and tech support.
