At Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP), the Research and Development (R&D) Cell aims to develop a rich research culture through its thorough Research Development Programs. These efforts are carefully crafted to enhance research strengths among the faculty and scholars through the provision of structured training, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities. The programs consist of Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)—Long-Term and Short-Term—focused on improving teaching and research skills. Research Clinics offer one-on-one counseling for research design, research methodologies, data analysis, and publication strategies. Foundation Programs are designed as a starting point for novice researchers, while Advanced Research Programs cater to veteran academics to pursue high-impact, inter-disciplinary areas of research. These programs together demonstrate SBUP's dedication to academic excellence, innovation, and creation of knowledge.

Research and Development Cell’s Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) reflect our endeavor towards ongoing professional development and academic excellence. These carefully crafted programs are designed to develop the research skills, methodological knowledge, and analytical acumen of faculty members and research scholars. With the fast-paced world of academia in the present times, it is necessary to stay current with the latest research techniques and analytical tools in order to generate high-standard, impactful research. Our FDPs act as forums for learning improvement, skill upgradation, and interaction with peer groups and industry experts.
We provide two types of Faculty Development Programs each designed to address certain learning goals and time frames: Long-Term FDPs of 4-6 days for intensive, immersive learning experiences, and Short-Term FDPs over 2-3 days for intensive skill development in designated areas. All our programs are guided by esteemed academicians, industry specialists, and research methodologists possessing a rich experience and expertise base in the domain of learning.
