Sri Balaji University Pune recognizes the importance of safeguarding original research, creative works, and technological innovations. Through a supportive IPR policy, the R&D Cell ensures that faculty and student innovations receive legal protection and appropriate recognition.
SBUP incentivizes intellectual contributions by offering financial rewards, guidance on IPR filing, and support for commercialization and societal application of innovations.
Fostering a Culture of Inventive Thinking
At SBUP, faculty members are encouraged to translate their research into impactful inventions. The university supports both national and international patent filings for utility and design innovations.
SBUP supports the protection of all forms of intellectual property beyond patents and copyrights, including:
