Dr. Nutan Samdani is an Associate Professor at Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM) and is deputed in the Research & Development Cell of the Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP). She is a university-recognized Ph.D. guide .For more than 13 years, she has worked in the field of academics.  Before joining academics, she worked with IBM India in Project Management Competency.She has achieved her bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an Electronics & Telecommunications specialization. Her post-graduation includes - Master in Personnel Management, MBA (HR) and Masters in Counseling & Psychotherapy. She holds a PhD from Nagpur University for her study in Occupational Stress and Quality of Work Life. She has completed the Faculty Development Programme at IIM-Ahmedabad & is an alumnus of the prestigious institution. She has published research papers in National & International journals. She has also co-authored a book on ‘Human Resource Management’. She has been a Resource Speaker for sessions on soft skills and case study writing. She has written case studies on Nokia India and OYO Rooms which are published in IIMA Case Center and ET Cases respectively. Her areas of interest are – Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management.
