Ramesh Jadhav is an experienced educator and IT professional currently working with the Research and Development Cell at Sri Balaji University, Pune. With a career spanning over 19 years at the University, Ramesh has been a key contributor to advancing the institution's initiatives in computer management and technology. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. Ramesh's extensive background includes experience as a Software Engineer at Datapro Information Technology Ltd. and as a Senior Executive IT Faculty at St. Joseph Institute of Information Technology Ltd. 

Ramesh is also committed to personal development, being an active yoga practitioner and certified Yog Shikshak from Vog Vidya Dham, Nashik. His dedication to continuous learning is evident from his participation in various professional workshops and conferences, including those on emerging trends in open-source technology, advances in computer vision, and data warehousing. As an Assistant Professor at the Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM) since 2006, Ramesh has leveraged his expertise to foster a dynamic learning environment for his students.
